Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-05-23
TaskMe is a beta service operated by 909 Technologies. By using TaskMe you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English.
1. What TaskMe is
TaskMe is a personal-request inbox. You ("the owner") get a public link that lets other people ("requestors") send you trackable requests. We host the dashboard, run the AI features, and send the emails.
2. Your account
You agree to:
- Use a real email address you control.
- Not impersonate someone else.
- Keep your magic-link sign-in emails to yourself.
- Not pick a username that infringes someone else's trademark, name, or rights.
3. Content you submit
You retain ownership of everything you submit — task descriptions, comments, attachments. You grant us a license to store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.
You're responsible for what you send. Don't use TaskMe to harass anyone, transmit illegal content, or send malware. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
4. AI features
TaskMe uses AI (currently Amazon Bedrock) to polish requests, suggest sub-tasks, and extract structured fields from email. AI output can be wrong. Always review what the AI produces before relying on it for important decisions.
Requestor content sent through TaskMe is processed by AWS Bedrock under AWS's standard enterprise terms. We don't use your data to train any model.
5. Beta service
TaskMe is in beta. That means:
- Features may change without notice.
- The service is provided "as-is" with no warranty of any kind.
- We aren't liable for any data loss, missed requests, or downstream consequences of using TaskMe.
- Best-effort uptime — we'll work hard to keep things running, but no SLA.
6. Pricing
During beta, TaskMe is free. Paid plans will be introduced for advanced features (AI assist, multi-seat). When that happens, you'll get at least 30 days notice and a chance to stay on a free tier or cancel.
7. Abuse + termination
We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, breaks the law, or abuses other users. We'll try to give notice and let you export your data first.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@taskme.build (in-app delete is coming soon).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get advance notice via the dashboard or email. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Contact
Questions, complaints, or "is this allowed?" → hello@taskme.build.
